Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. If we made a mistake with your order, such as wrong product, please email us at Support@zapfat.com We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Misplaced Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after contacting Support@zapfat.com Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. If product is not Damaged or Defective Returns in general is not acceptable due to nature of product. Zapfat LLC is not liable for goods damaged by usps, ups, Fedex or dhl in transit, To receive a refund for damaged goods, lost or stolen goods please put in a claim to the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit. Zapfat LLC is not responsible for stolen goods, It is your responsibility as the consumer to retrieve your goods when they are delivered. Zapfat LLC is not liable for goods sent to the wrong address, It is your responsibility as the consumer to input the correct address. If you accidentally input the incorrect address you have 24 hours to send an email with the corrected address and your order number.
